Plot[]

The Johnson family is at the fair. Mr. J is preparing for the annual Cheesy Cheese Log Eating Contest, which has had the same winner for many years, and he wants to beat him. Meanwhile, as Andy and Rodney are walking through the fair, they spot a contest where many animals perform impressive tricks. A group of kids walk up to them and ostracize Andy for having a squirrel as a pet, claiming squirrels can't do tricks. This drives Andy and Rodney apart as they look for new friends.

Rodney meets Oscar, though does not enjoy his company due to his weirdness. Just as he is about to go separate ways, Oscar has made Rodney a special spacesuit with soda bottle rockets. As Rodney tries it on, he launches and goes flying through the amusement park and crashes into Mr. J's stomach during the cheese log eating contest, saving him from choking on a cheese log, and causing the log to fly into the winner's mouth. Unfortunately, Robert has once again lost to the consecutive winner.

During the Johnsons' car ride home, Mr. J complains about Rodney being brought along, though Mrs. J points out that he should be thankful that Rodney tagged along since he saved his life, and is told to thank him. As Mr. J reluctantly thanks Rodney, Rodney kisses him on the mouth during the car ride as the episode ends.
